Imposible contact avid support for RA # waranty
 
THE PRESENT IS TO CLAIM WARRANTY FOR A AVID PRODUCT.
Mbox Pro .
I tried to help a studio partner that he try contact avid.
I tried over months to contact for claim warranty in the phone
# 650-731-6100 option 3+2.
and 650-731-6300 option 0.
Never answer the call.The firts message said, ALL AGENT ARE BUSY PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE.The second messages said.WE APPRECIATE YOURS PATIEN CONTINUE IN THE HOLD.
I need urgent a RA # or replace the product,this product is bad from June 2011 and that cause me stop my proyect and income.
I tried to contact support for many ways and don’t have success. And i no see any contact support, e.mail in the web page.
Note: The system computer Win 7,64 bit. Work perfect with a other interface Digirack 002,and Steimberg 3 party. Before i change the interface, i check drivers, change drivers,reinstall program,etc. All is ok.The Mbox Pro no working in other 2 computer.That running perfect with Win 7,64bit. Protools 9 & Digirack002.
The problem is hardware not connected.
