The DUC is struggling

I just got an email notification on a reply to a thread I'd subscribed to, it was posted two months ago!

Not the first time it happens.

And there's the 'access denied' error when you try to post. Tip; I've found that if I removed a link from the tekst, I'd not get the error. Then I could edit the post, paste in the link, and it was fine.

I don't get any notifications(but I probably changed a setting for that). I get the Access Denied message fairly often and it seems to mostly happen with a long reply(which stinks if the answer requires a lot of info):-)

I do get notifications fairly consistently. Just now, though, I did not recieve a email that you had responded. I found out by checking in.

Trying to post a new thread in Legacy/TDM/Win and getting access denied. Had some image links I thought might have been the problem but still can't post the thread. ???

Same here except instead of two months ago it was only 10 days. Haven't gotten an 'access denied' for quite a while. Verizon FIOS has their email run by AOL which I understand has been sold off to who knows whom.

Now it's getting bad;
I posted a reply a couple of hours ago, and now it's gone. Like it never was posted. I'm shure I posted it. I go there and can't find my post, tried to reload the page, and it never reloads. Something is happening and I'm courious what it is…

Very weird. Something I would suggest is to screenshot one's postings - that would at least help soothe one's sanity on whether you posted or not. I have to wonder if any of this is tied to the flooding in Germany and Belgium? I know that the facilities of Plugin Alliance in Germany have had massive flooding - enough that some of the old gear they had modeled have gotten severely water-logged.

Even weirder; I got this in the email today, the thread is from 2009, and the "new post" isn't even there:

Dear Ben Jenssen,

Nixos has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - Copy a plug-in to multiple tracks? - in the 003, Mbox 2, Digi 002, original Mbox, Digi 001 (Mac) forum of Avid Pro Audio Community.

This thread is located at:
http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t...5&goto=newpost
Here is the message that has just been posted:
***************
After being frustrated with this for years and reading numerous posts about this, I think I finally found a solution.

Set your plugins the way you want them on your track.
Set up automation
Select the tracks you want the same plugin on (with automation settings)
Now hold "shift alt" and reselect that plugin on the track you have it on.
It will copy the plugin to all selected tracks, along with all automation settings

(Also; when I first tried to respond here, I got the access denied thing. That was on Firefox. So I tried Safari, and it worked. Imagine that!)

Hmmm, using Chrome here, but have also tried Microsoft Edge, but the Access Denied stuff happens on both. I think I hear the Twilight Zone theme.........:p
