Audiosuite not working correctly

I've found that Audiosuite plug-ins are not working correctly on my system. Mostly Waves plugs on NuBus PTIII hardware in a 8100/100.
I have to bounce to new tracks and paste back in to get correct processing.
Anyone else had this?
