Synching audio with video on M Powered
 

I have imported video to a session and I'm attempting to synch it with the audio. I can play the audio and video together, but if I try to move the audio to synch it the video moves as well. Has anyone tried this? Perhaps it can't be done with my setup: MacBook 2.2ghz intel 4gb ram M Powered 8

I'm just trying to do a YouTube video, where I record the video with a Flip video cam, while recording simultaneously on ProTools. I then imported the video but things are out of synch.

Hi there!

I'm using 7.4, but I reckon this particular thing is the same.
When you import a Video in PT M-powered, it usually creates a dedicated video track, alongside the other types of tracks you have in the arrange.
Is it at all possible that, by trying to move the audio, you also selected the video region?
