Protools LE crashes on launch when loading Structure.dpm

I have a Mac G5 OSX 10.5.8 and the Digi 003 rack. Everything was working fine until I had to wipe my drive clean about a month ago. When I reloaded Protools it crashes on every launch at the point of loading Strycture.dpm.

Does anyone have an answer?
