I'm having a hard time getting this to work

I upgraded to the new version of Play, and that plug in instantiates within PT12...

but it refuses to load anything in the Fab Four interface, saying it's not correctly installed

I've reinstalled and updated several times now

any hints?

I can see the license on my iLok

When you installed Play did you select Fab Four? People sometimes forget that step. Installing Play does NOT automatically go through your system and check for what you have installed.

Yes. Thanks.
It opens play with the fab four interface.
But then pops up the error when I try to select an instrument.
