Selling my DV Toolkit???
 

I am looking to sell my DV Toolkit and iLok key, but the digi site says this about transfer of ownership:

4. We are currently not able to offer transfer of ownership for plug-ins or software that use iLok copy protection.

What exactly does this mean?
I've emailed digi with no response.

Does this mean that I'm stuck with it? I'm not saying that it is a bad addition... I just don't really need it.
