EuControl / EUCON can't find app

EuControl: 2021.6.1.7
Avid Control: 2021.6.1.94

Running Control on an iPad (7th gen) running iOS 13.1

EuControl can see the iPad just fine, and I am able to add it to the My Surfaces list. (it's the only one)

Have enabled EUCON in ProTools, but despite connecting just fine, the app name on the About screen in Control remains blank and I just get blank screens on the app, and the app doesn't control anything.

I tried Restart EUCON applications a few times - no luck.
Tried trashing ProTools prefs. No luck.
Have tried starting EuControl first - no luck.
Tried starting ProTools first. - no luck.
Tried disabling EUCON in ProTools, restarting the machine and re-enabling it (both with and without a reboot after enabling) - no luck.

So yeah. Help? :confused:

Have you started and configured Avid Control on the iPad? Eucon will not see it until that is done and open.

Both devices are shown in the EuControl settings on the computer. The issue is getting the apps to see ProTools. They both connect fine, and are assigned correctly, but ProTools never appears on either device.

I have tried opening Control on the devices first, then ProTools - same result. I tried opening ProTools first - same result.

If you’re running below 11.4 you’ll need to upgrade.

Yes, earlier Big Sur versions have issues, update OSX
