waves gold bundle, waves.com,and C4
 

I got the waves gold bundle recently which came with afree C4 4 band dynamic compressor.
I checked out the demo CD and the results they showedwere impressive, but my problem is that the C4 has so many parameters on it that I'mnot entirely sure how to make it do it's thing and achieve the same results.
What I'd like to see is the before file and the setting they used to make it into the after file.
was it a quite file to begin with etc?

It says in the book that there is somewhere on the waves site where they up laod settings for you to down load, but I've had a look round and I can't find it.
is anyone familiar with the best places to go and look on the waves site.

Anyone got any comments on the C4. It looks like it can do wonders and I've got some good resuults but I'd be very interested in anyones pointers on how to get the best from it and what they think it can do for a mix.

Was the C4 actually free or is a demo version?

Yah I got the Gold Bundle for NT about 3 months ago and I've seen no usable C4... I want one bad!

it was free, a full working version, part of a special intro version.

Has anyone been hanging out on the waves site?
On first look I can't say it seems worthkeeping in touch with. not like this splendid site.
