S5 CM408T disconnecting
 
Hi All,

We have a System 5 MCpro system with 4 CM408T modules
The issue is module 4 goes offline on a daily basis. There has been no hardware changes in 3 years. when online module is working OK.
After disconnecting, on restart, sometimes there is an error message: "The CM408 can not find an enabled network interface and is exiting". I have to restart again.
The Module version 4.0.0.11754885
Eucon Ver: 3.6.1

I have tried to make a CM408T v121 image USB stick. however the install format app fails, I have tried this on 3or4 usb sticks and cannot get it to format and load boot image.

I'm happy to supply any other info required.

I had the same issue on my System 5 setup with the last CM408. It was the network connection that was faulty.
Check labels and the ethernet port on the 408 is my guess. Mine has been stable now since i fixed the problem!
