Protools 10.3.10 can't find ilock autorization !
 

After updating my PT 10.3.4 to PT 10.3.10, it doesn't recognize the ilock anymore. I reinstall the ilock manager and the drivers, nothing seems to work. If you guys have a suggestion please let me know.

Have you tried putting your ilok key to another usb port?

Yes, I did. And when I get back to 10.3.4 it works fine.

You know what, I had similar issues when re-syncing my ilok for ZDT purposes

What I did was change USB ports, and when that didn't fix it - I restarted PT with the ILM open

Worked fine after that with the ILM app not active and my system not online, it's not usually online
