Separate Licenses For PT 11
 
A quick question for you,

I have perpetual licenses for PT 10,11, 12 & 2018. Is it possible to separate the PT 11 license to another iLok so I can run it as capture software on another computer?

no. That would be the equivalent of getting two licenses for the price of one. You need to buy another license.

Those licenses are "bundled" exactly because they cannot be separated and are just as one bundle so you can run different versions if required -- but only one at a time.
