Since the ProControl is not officially supported by Pro Tools 10 it's not likely this will be addressed.

If you want to proceed with returning Pro Tools 10, we have deposited a Pro Tools 9 License into your ilok.com account that should ask for your 10+9 bundle. Once you swap licenses please let us know and we will process your refund.

Yes it does seem very nice of them to give you a refund because you are dissatisfied that an unsupported older piece of gear is no longer supported; something that was pretty well documented when you bought the upgrade I have no doubt.

for your info Mr smarty pants, the procontrol unit works just fine under PT9 even though, it's as you say: Not Officially supported.
