Voice disappears when audio file is dragged in track

When I drag Audio mp3 file into any voice track in Pro Tools Intro, the voice disappears and imported file does not show waveforms.

Any suggestions?

Hmmm, drag from where? If from outside of Pro Tools, use the File>Import>Import Audio command and import the MP3file to its own new track. Then move it to where you want.
