Pro Tools Trial Activation

I downloaded Pro Tools trial, as well as ilok, and linked my accounts. When I go on the Avid website it shows that I have an active 30 day trial, but when I open ilok, I dont have any licenses. How to I get ilok to recognize the trial so I can use the Pro Tools trial?

Do you mean you open the Ilok License Manager, sign in, and there is no PT demo license? In such case, if you have the patience, give it a day or so. There are often delays in Avid's machinery.

The license won't automatically go to your iLok. You will need to drag and drop from the "Available" section of the iLok manager software. To see that, once you are logged in, click once on your iLok account name(fingers crossed you find the license sitting there):o

I see the trial license was deposited to your iLok account that uses your email as your iLok User ID (you have 2 iLok accounts). Please check that account, thanks!
