Ipad retina no playback

I have just upgraded to an ipad retina. Scorch was working fine on my old ipad2 but know I have no playback. Scorch v 1.2. I have checked the obvious ,mute switch, rebooted but still no sound.

The issue is not just the retina devices, i upgraded my iPad 3 and i no longer have audio playback ;-(

I just downloaded avid scorch for my ipad 3 and I was able to share my sibelius 7 files, everything seems to run well except there is no sound. I see that other forum members posted the same issue a long long time ago and there is no answers yet. please help. I got a recording session right now!!!!

Hi All,

Could you try this please?
- Try the example scores
- Restart Scorch
- Restart your iPad.
- Check the mixer settings within Scorch
- Make sure the mute switch on the side of your iPad is not engaged.This affects Scorch playback even if the volume is turned up. If you are setting the side switch to the "Lock Rotation", please try to switch it to the "Mute" mode in the System Preferences?
