Screen freezing (on and then off)
 

I have MP7 w/Project Mix, when I track some tracks sometimes. I notice that the screen freezes and then unfreezes through the rest of the project... Does anybody know why this happens or do I need to explain this better???

Not really sure what you mean by "freezing" and unfreezing". If you have no control and no mouse movement, it could possibly be a memory issue.

It could also possibly your video card or drivers. Couldn't say for sure without details about your system.

Checking for driver updates is a good idea, though, even if it doesn't solve the problem.

For instance, when im playing a song the meters are hesitating up and down instead of just flowing flawlessly and the line marker is stopping and going too (but the music isnt affected)... I've also noticed that if I press mute or solo, it hesitates for half a second or so... I running a Dell Insprion 6000 laptop w/ 1.6GHZ, 2GB Ram, and 60GB harddrive and I only use it for music. I hope I've made it a little clearer, when I get home I'll try to post up what video card I have and see about if I need to update my drivers...
