Paid for crossgrade and nothing

I'm now running Big Sur and had to crossgrade from Pro Tools 2018.
Paying the $100 + tax was easy and fast, but getting an activation code (SO I CAN KEEP WORKING) or being able to reach anyone via phone or chat seems impossible. The System ID I have is from my expired license, so I'm stuck with no options as the automated system will just hang on me. How wonderful.

I see you have a case in progress for this. Looks like the licenses were deposited shortly after you started this thread, but please reply to the case notice email if you are still having trouble.
