Lost Settings after changing my Computer Name

I have a G5 1.6 1gb ram OS 10.3, 002r running PT LE 6.2. I changed my computer name yesterday and lost my previous settings. I cannot set the start time to synch my external midi devices. I checked the audio/midi setup and my midi settings all disappeared. Any suggestions? I was synching a MPC 60 via MTC to PT, with PT being the master. My options in the session setup screen are grayed out.

Did you repair permissions, trash prefs etc.?

Thanks Slim Shady. No I have not tried that. I will attempt that this evening. I hope I get this worked out today, Because I have a session tomorrow!
