STRIKE content not found [solved]
 

STRIKE content not found - in Mountain Lion only (it is still good on my snow leopard partition) ... just returned from out of town and fired up PT to work ... i cannot get my content to be seen ... all is correct with strike (same as it was when working b4 i left 7 days ago. set content is in the correct folder / i ran the program and it says it is done as it always does but Strike still gives the No content at the bottom of its window .. i tossed my prefs, restarted, same ...

i will reload it if i need to but this is embarrassing to my business ... god thing no client was sitting over my shoulder today ...

unacceptable behavior from professional software ... and no updates since AIR split and No AAX version yet, and i would guess if we want the AAX version it is going to cost many Avid Bucks ... i am losing interest in Avid more each day ...

bump .. it seems many people are having the same issue with other AIR instruments too !

any news ???????? my Strike will not work and i am pissed off .. being trying to find fix for months ... big load of BS ... thank you avid it just stopped working and nothing wil work / prefs / new session / blank session / whatever ...

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Looks like the only other poster (on your GS thread) was having trouble with ML as well.

There's a KB article here that lists the known solutions to this issue. Can you check that and let us know which of these you have tried?

Strike is working here PT 10.3.5
What other details do you have?
Issues on both systems?
The Macbook seems a bit thin for running many Vi's.
The MP seems up to the challenge.

HI, sorry for yelling in the Title BUT ... it has been months that i cannot use Strike due to it not being able to find it's content ... i know how to Set Content using the App ... but no dice

Where the Hell is AIR and support .. the new website is a joke .. they talk about new products but where is SUPPORT ...

come on it just stopped working one day and game over ... need to finish tracks with strike ...

please help us Avid and AIR ...

structure, strike, transfuser, velvet -HELP
 

structure, strike, transfuser, velvet ... all have stopped being able to see their content in 10.8.3 ... i called AIR at the new company inmusic and they said i had to call or contact Avid for help with old versions ... i have had a post in the Virtual Instrumental category for a while now but no one looks ove there so i am posting here ...

AVID WE NEED HELP ... what do we have to do ... a support phone call costs money ... please give us some help here ...
