Edit Pack Keyboard
 

Need help troubleshooting Keyboard issue. The edit Pack keyboards right side including the delete button, arrows, and letters sometime work and sometimes dont. We hav unplugged, reset the hub, unplugged the usb and tried restarting the system and none has worked... We ask for your help...

I'd suggest you contact your nearest service center ... your dealer should be able to locate that if he isn't the service center himself. We had that same thing with our first edit pack. well, it's still the same unit but the keyboard got replaced.

Isn't all that big a deal if you can setup an appointment and have them have the replacement keyboard ready.
