Helpp!!!

I have Windows home premium edition 64 bits and pro tools 10 with mbox 3 generation and when i try to open a seccion started on other computer (MAC pro tools hd 9) my pro tools said
"Pro Tools application has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Try creating a new session and then import session data from the PT9 session. You never know......:-)

Did this system EVER run well? With any older version of Pro Tools? How about posting a Sandra report as described in this thread?
