A question about importing OMF from Final Cut for audio sweetening
Hey DUC community,
I have a TV program that I have to do some sweetening before it goes out, but I only have a very short time when I get it till it has to leave for the station. I could do a better job if the omf from final cut would import Gain/Level settings. So I ask you all, is there any way to do this? Also, please no response about "why do you want to" or " your the audio guy," or something about the time. Thanks |

FCP 6 and higher will output volume.
That said, I have never, even in a rush job, used the video editor's volume automation. |
