S3 Registration Details Location
 

Hey everyone,

I've recently bought a second-hand S3, transfer of ownership came through today. I was just wondering where the registration details are supposed to be kept? I would assume they would appear in the 'My Products' section of my account, but they're not there. Just want to confirm that either, they don't show up anywhere, or are missing from my account.

Hey TrentWilliams

Once the Transfer of Ownership is completed by Avid, you should see an "Avid S3 Control Surface CR" entry in your My Products section.

If you don't, please reach out to the agents who were helping you with the transfer.

In the meantime you can get the EuCOntrol software from the DownloadCenter or by registering the Avid Control App.
