Renewing Edu / Teacher subscription
 

Hi,
My PT Education licence expires in ~23 days, and I have already verfied my academic eligibility with Identit-e.

Two questions:

1. Will I be able to renew my subscription in the Avid / My Products window / or through the Avid store? Or wil I have to purchase through a reseller like Sweetwater?

2. If I renew my subscription before the current one expires, will the new one start where this one leaves off, or will it start immediately upon activation?

So, I purchased a new Annual Subscription (EDU) through the Avid store today. I received a confirmation / order received email from Avid.

My Products in my Avid account still says my current subscription ends in 4 days.

When will my subscription status in My Products show it has been renewed for another year?

I don't understand.

Can anyone help me understand?
