Support Update: Avid Support Codes - Effective July 31, 2010
 

Avid is moving to a new support model using Avid Support Codes, also referred to as ASCs. Each customer who purchases a qualifying product will receive one (1) complimentary ASC via email when they register the product online.

This unique ASC, which can be used during the complimentary support period, will enable users to access assisted support. For more information please visit www.avid.com/asc

In conjunction with this move we also look forward to providing improved self help services on our website to better support our customers. Included in this website upgrade will be more technical support videos, significant improvements to our self help Knowledge Base, and interactive product information tools.
