PT LE 7.1 closes on digirewire.dpm

I just bought and installed an Mbox2.
The installation went fine, but when loading PT, as it's showing all of the plugins it is loading, it hangs on digirewire.dpm and immediately closes. One time it automatically restarted the computer.
I've moved the digirewire.dpm file into the unused plugins folder and that at least lets me open PT, but I would like to know I'm able to have all of the plugins such as the digirewire available to me.
Any ideas?
Is there maybe a different version of that digirewire.dpm available?
Yes I updated to 7.1

Any help would be appreciated,
thanks

What other rewire applications (if any) do you have installed?
What versions?

Which version of each?

Here's my suggestion; uninstall all of those rewire apps. Re-install Pro Tools and make sure that it works. Then re-install each of those applications one by one, testing Pro Tools after each install.

I'm betting that it is one of those applications (my money is on FL Studio) that is causing your problems.

thanks for the help,
when you asked what rewire programs I used, I instantly thought of FL, because I saw something in one of the tech forums saying someone had a FL demo and that was the problem for them.
So I basically renamed the rewire dlls in the FL program directory and it worked.
I rarely use FL so it's time for me to uninstall it anyways.

Thanks for your help, I think I'm good to go (hopefully)
