I have a session template with all my channels / tracks in. . So, I have started a new session, I want to Imp Ses' Data the BV channel / track, with it's pre settings inserts etc, from my template into my current session. . Boff it's done. . But, I still have to pfaff around going into disk alocation . . It would be nice to have a default setting that meant all tracks record to the session that they are in. . If one wanted to "round robin" or record to a different location , then you do so by visiting disk alocation . . It might sound petty, but in the heat of a session seconds count . .

Also, if one is zoomed in on a track to edit. You make your selection & hit B to seperate, but NO !, the region is locked. So you have to save a mem loc' as a selction, select all, unlock, then go to your mam loc'. . And carry on. . Is there no way to unlock a region with out losing your selection . .?
