Failed score download
 

Hi
After logging in scorch, choosing a score, clicking on buy and confirming the purchase on AppStore, the Scorch application displayed a message saying that the score value was debited but because of an "error" (unspecified) the score couldn't be downloaded.

Now as I look at my purchases in Scorch, it's empty. Could someone help me?

Yeah, the same thing happened to me... I signed in, purchesed my score, the money was paid, then it came up with an error. Now if I click on it, the whole app crashes on me!

Hi there emajane,

Could you try restarting the App completely as follows:

1. Click the home button once to return your iPad to the home screen.
2. Double-click the home button to display your running apps.
3. Touch and hold the Scorch icon until a red quit icon appears.
4. Touch the quit icon.
5. Press the home button again to exit the end app mode.

Now try starting Scorch again and see if you get better results. If not, do let me know and I will set you up a case in our private support centre.

Hi, I am having the same problem with a score I just bought. Please advice. I've tried restarting scorch but to no avail. Appreciate the help thanks.

Hi all,

Apple's receipt server is down at the moment so no in-app purchases are working for any apps that use this service.

Apple are aware of it and should hopefully have it resolved soon.

Hi, the store is back online, however, I am still unable to download the scores that I had trouble with as previously mentioned. Please advice. Thank you.
