AudioSuite menu not working

I am running Pro Tools 2018.4. My AudioSuite menu has completely stopped working. The menu still shows and you can select a function however, when you click on render there is a brief pause and then nothing. All tracks using AudioSuite (includiing other sessions) display a single line graphic and do not work. I need real help as I have several big opps coming down the pike.

Is "Use In Playlist" Blue or Gray? IIRC, it needs to be "Blue".
