PTF plugins that come with Scarlett 2i2 3rd gen not downloading from Avid site from

Has anyone else been having trouble downloading some of the plugins from the My Products Pro Tools First webpage? Some of them have downloaded automatically after having been clicked on while others do nothing after having been clicked.
