Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle expired on a renewed Pro Tools Ultimate Update Plan
 
A couple of weeks back I renewed my annual support plan for Ultimate, which all went through fine. I only just noticed however that the Complete Plugin Bundle did NOT renew. In iLok manager I pressed the refresth button, which renewed the Falcon license (which I never used) but said the Plugin Bundle was "pending".

What's going on here? Thanks for any help.

I have the EXACT same problem. I just called support. I renewed my annual support plan as I do every year, but now all my Avid Pro plug-ins are going to expire tomorrow (!). I need them. :mad:

I have the same problem. Paid for my annual renewal. My Avid Complete Plug In Bundle is going to expire tomorrow. Tried to Refresh Subscriptions. Didn't work.

I have the same problem. The bundle runs out tomorrow even though I’m fully paid up. Also tried to refresh.

We had a mix of issues across 2 threads so I cleaned these up... a couple were expired Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle subscriptions and Pro Tools Ultimate Update Plans which explains why the bundle licenses were expired.

I'm looking into these recent reports for the plug-in bundle expiring on a renewed Pro Tools Ultimate Update Plan and will follow up via support cases. If you have a current Pro Tools Ultimate Update Plan I'd recommend that you enable the Publisher License ID column in iLok License Manager to check your licenses for the System ID which should match your product in my.avid.com/products or Avid Link.

Thanks Jeffo - I've just replied to your support ticket. I have no Publisher ID on my Plugin Bundle at all.

Maybe that's a cause of the problem many of us seem to be having? Does anyone else have this field blank? (Thanks to all who posted btw).

Never knew there was a column with my System ID in it on iLok. Cool.
