TL Mastermeter problem

TL Mastermeter (version 8.0.0.314) no longer works. The meters are locked up, there is no movement. I reinstalled the plugin but that didn't solve the problem. I am using Pro Tools 8.1 HD2 (Windows XP). Is this version of Mastermeter compatible with PT 8.1? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
