Questions About Pro Tools 9

Hi,
In FAQ of Pro Tools 9 I wrote this:
Q: I recently purchased one of the toolkits; am I entitled to any free upgrades?
A: Yes. If you purchased and registered any toolkit on or after October 4, 2010, you are eligible to receive a free crossgrade to Pro Tools 9 software. If you registered your toolkit purchase within this timeframe, you’ll automatically receive an email with a free activation code and link to download Pro Tools 9.
My question is: If I wil buy Musik Production Toolkit 2(after Octomber 4 2010) I wil be eligible to receive
free crosgrade to Pro Tools 9 from my Pro tools M-Powered 8?
2) I'd like to buy Musik production toolkit 2 from http://www.airusersblog.com
It is any problem to buy from this place to receive my free crosgrade?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Questions About Pro Tools 9

Any MPTK 2 bought and registered from 10/4 on will generate an update to PT 9., but might require the iLok license surrender of the track expander.
Buying the MPTK 2 from the AUB is just like buying it from anywhere else...just less money

Re: Questions About Pro Tools 9

Dear Ejwells, thank you for positive answer, but I'd like to receive this answer from an avid moderator if it is possible, becouse I'd like to spend some money for Avid products, and I'd like to know that the answer of my questions is absolutley shure.
Thank you in advance for avid moderator.:-)

The bad news...currently no MPTK 2's available as of right now at Air Users.
I might have a couple laying around.
