ilok renewal issue

Hi dear friends,
As many of you I have problems with my ilok renewal. I have seen here that solutions are made via cases, but to open one I need my activation id. I paid my renewal 3 days ago but I didn´t receive any activation id.
In my avid account my products are ok, but in my ilok they appear expired.
I would really appreciate avid help here.
