Alexis qx49 Not recognized Win 7

A friend just got the alesis qx49.
When plugged in its seen but not recognized. The daw won't see it. For the life of me I can't find drivers for it.
Tried installing asio4all same result.

In need of help please and thanks.

I'm really not sure about Windows 8 as Pro Tools 10 isn't qualified for it, and I've never used Windows 8. Typically though, Windows will recognize the USB controller device and no additional drivers are needed. It should show up in Pro Tools as a MIDI device.
