about to get mbox/protools.
i read alot about the need for an external harddrive.
im running an imac. and apparently 7200 rpm is required on the firewire drive. any recommendations on what drive and where to get it? (im in australia) thanks. |

the FireWire Bridge Chip NEEDS to be an Oxford 911, 912, 924, 936 etc. here are some links www.macsales.com www.newegg.com the 911 is on sale in most places since it only support IDE/ATA drives. the ones with 924+ support SATA, USB2 and eSATA. best |
