keyboard shortcuts not working

hello...

I was just in the middle on a work & tried to use Alt + A to see my entire session & it didn't worked
so I did a Command + A to select the largest region I had & tried the Alt + F shortcut, same problem, no reaction...

any idea what could be the problem ?

Try enabling Commands Keyboard Focus

Commands Focus is for single key shortcuts though. Alt+A, etc. are available with Commands Focus off.

Try rebooting maybe? I've had PT do some weird things like this to me before.. usually closing out of the session or Pro Tools works.
