Pro Tools 11 MIDI no longer working
 

Greetings, I have been using pro tools 11 fine for some time now, until recently I updated the program online, after which my MIDI controller no longer works in the program. Nothing records or is registered into the track. Anybody know what the problem could be? I've tried alot of different little things under Setup-MIDI but nothing is working. Help! :-)

hi and welcome to the DUC .. can you provide us your system information please .. every little bit helps ..

for example: PC or MAC, OS version, Exact Pro Tools Version, etc

1) until recently I updated the program online - which version did you upgrade to ??

2) my MIDI controller no longer works in the program - what midi controller ??

I run a PC acer Windows 10

Pro Tools 11

MIDI controller is a StudioLogic Keyboard with a chord that is an "iconnectivity mio"

When I upgraded, I don't know exactly what happened but it's like it jinked my program because It was working fine before.

It also says I need a membership now or something like that where I have to pay a membership fee to run the program??
