Wich Configuration with Pro tools 10 and windows?

i want to create my own personal Pro-tools recording station.

I am Live sound engineer, i often use Digital desk on tour with Madi 64in/64out card and i would like record live show with direct out from the FOH desk...

so i have a 19" Rack-PC, i will modify the components to work fine.

What do you suggest me about Processor, Graphics card and OS (W7 32 or 64?)

Instead, there is an INTEL E6600, GPU ATI X950, 4 GB ram DDR2. i can change everything if necessary... ;)

Other question, i would like to buy a SSL MADIXTREME 64 or 128, what do you think about and is it compatible with Pro-tools 10?
