PT 7.3 Hidden Tracks ???????
 

Hello,
I am using pro tools version 7.3.1 on an Mbox Pro 2 with a PC. My question refers to hiding and unhiding tracks. I need to locate the PT feature that allows me to hide a track and then be able to see that it is hidden and reopen it if I choose to. I believe that the track list has this, but i'm not sure how to open it. A track listing was on the side of the screen the first time I opened PT and I haven't seen it since I closed it that first time. Basically what I want to do is, if I hide tracks 4, 7, and 13, for example, I want to be able to see that those are hidden, and be able to unhide them if I choose to. Can anybody either tell me how to do this, or maybe direct me to another feature in PT 7.3 that solves my problem. Thanks in advance for the help.

Trash the Prefs, this information can be found in the Troubleshooting thread, Maximize the Edit window and on the left-hand bottom side of the Edit window look for a symbol like this <<

I ended up figuring it out last night and realizing that I overlooked the description in the manual. I actually looked in the right place in the manual, I just misread what was being described. I appreciate the help though, because what you posted is exactly what I wanted to do. Thanks for the help!!!
