LE crossgrade to 10/11 with supportplan
 

Bought a protools 11 crossgrade from LE in November 2014. And got the standard support plan. In my products I can see the lisence 12 bundle 2015 update. And got the mail that I could download the PT 12, but cant get the activation to my ilok2? tried to submit the System ID but told me it was wrong. what do I need to do?

Welcome to the Community

For registration issues you need to call Avid support and in these cases I believe you don't need your ASC code. If you do you will get a new one so check this website :
