I am Looking for PTS 8.0.3 CS2 download link?

I have this one which is; http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...p?DocId=362859 However is goes in circles I can't seem to find the link to download. I have PTS 8.0.3 LE installed and have a few issues, was thinking that CS2 would solved these issues?
