a trouble artist color in scratch with windows 7 64bit

Why is my avid Color not connect windows OS scratch? My OS is windows 7 64 bit, I also modified the map file in the setting folder, euphonix control app occasionally quit unexpectedly. Sometimes AVID COLOR will no responding, crashes, you need to unplug the power cord again. But I tried apple OSX, using apple Color to normal. Thank you.
