How can I sell scores through the Scorch Store?
 

I'm quite confused with the advent of the Avid Scorch Store, and the demise of the Sibelius Music Store and the rise of the new ScoreExchange.

What exactly do I need to do to sell my new scores, specifically formatted for Avid Scorch on iPad?

Is there a Web site that provides the information and terms of service?

Dear Wheat,

At the moment, you need to sign up for a SibeliusMusic.com account, and upload your scores there. These scores will then become available on the Scorch Store for users to view, and if you like, purchase.

As you may know, SibeliusMusic.com is in the process of transferring to a new score sharing site, ScoreExchange.com. We are currently working hard to bring a similar arrangement to users of ScoreExchange.com, whereby they can distribute their music via Scorch for iOS too.

Unless you want your scores to be immediately available, I recommend you sign up for a ScoreExchange.com account now and start uploading your scores. If all goes to plan, then these scores will be made available on the Scorch Store soon.
