Having decided (following your thoughtful encouragements) to purchase the 001 Factory system, I am now looking for somewhere to purchase. Our Canadian dollar is not doing great, so I am looking for any way to save a few dollars.

To purchase here in Toronto will cost me about 150$ cdn more than I have seen the product advertised on the web. However, not many online stores ship to Canada. I am planning a trip to NYC in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know of a reputable dealer in Manhattan who might offer web-competetive rates?

B&H on 34th street and 9th Avenue. Be aware that they are closed on saturdays. This store alone is worth the trip. They always have the cheapest prices. http://www01.bhphotovideo.com

They both have the same price: $1,199

Actually, I called B&H (I was curious), it's at $1,099.95

MBox is $448.95

Dale pro audio is nice, 20th st?
sam ash pro (NOT the music store)
B&H is generally best for prices.
Dale is great for service, and they match B&H most times.

why not mail order form full compass or macmidi ? sales taxes in NYC are 8.25%
I think you can mail order from dale and b&h too. might be cheaper.
