PLEASE HELP!!!!! computer keeps crashing
 

in the middle of recording, mixing and playing tracks on protools my whole computer will turn off. i have an mbox mini hooked up. i also have a sound blaster audigy card that i disable when using protools. i cant really pinpoint what specifically triggers the crash it seems to happen more often when i mess with plug ins. the whole computer crashes and it appears to go into standby mose the green light on my computer is flashing instead of turning off but the computer is definetely off. there are no warnings and i get no errors on the screen. i have an AMD.....i dont know what to do im trying to finish up an album and its really annoying having to reboot 15 times a night...

please can anyone help ive done what digidesign says to do as far as erasing folders and changing to system cache but nothing is working!
