ANY other way I can get the 6.1.1 update file?

I'm using dial-up,and the Digidesign Server dont support "download resume".I've tried for 3 days without success to dowload the whole file.The local music shop(and they never send anything requested-judging form past experience) where I bought the mbox from thinks Digidesign should send a copy directly to me.
PHEW!It seems everything about Pro-tools is v.dificult.
Plus Customer service seems non-existent.

Is there any way I can obtain this update?

You can download the file from a computer that has a broadband connection and burn the file to cd to install on your machine.

Perphaps you could try downloading Netscapes Download Utility. It DOES allow you to resume download.

thanks all,for the reponses,but digidesign's server dont allow download resume.

teleplayer,I'm in europe,so thats a hard one.But could you fit in an email?maybe compress/ZIP it?would be grateful though if its possible that way.
