upgrade path

Is it still possible to upgrade/crossgrade from PT 8 to PT 9?? I see an upgrade path from 9 to 10 on the Avid site, but no longer find 8 to 9.

I'm more than curious Greg... I'd really like to go to 9. It's still available at some retail outlets and on eBay, but at full price. Of course, my bad for not acting sooner.

Sorry... Bump... Can Avid chime in on this? Is this still an option?
Is it still possible (lo these many months later) to still purchase a crossgrade from LE 8 to PT 9?
