Arturia intros CS-80V synth software
Ok I found that at maccentral.com. Has anybody used their products before? I heard the demos and the sound geat. I already have some ideas. I'm getting this

Arturia is bringing back Yamaha's CS-80 analog synthesizer for today's composers with its CS-80V. The CS-80 was a polyphonic synth popularized in the late 70s and early 80s with the works of electronic music pioneers like Jean-Michel Jarre, Vangelis and other performers. CS-80V is due out on November 1, 2003.

CS-80V sports all the features found on the 220-pound original, along with new capabilities like a modulation matrix, multitimbral mode and arpeggiator. It also comes loaded with more than 400 presets created by sound designers.

CS-80V was developed using Arturia's own True Analog Emulation (TAE) technology, which reproduces the sound of analog circuits using aliasing-free oscillators and other features. TAE was used by Arturia to develop its Moog Modular V software.

System requirements for CS-80V call for a G3/500MHz or faster, 128MB RAM, Mac OS X v10.2 or higher or Mac OS 9.1 or higher. It supports Core Audio, VST, MAS and RTAS, and works with various versions of Cubase and Logic, Pro Tools, and Digital Performer.

Visit the Web site for more details, or to listen to samples of CS-80V in action. And unlike its real-world counterpart, which debuted for US$6,900 in 1976, CS-80V will cost US$249 or €249 when it's released on November 1st.
